First aid for exhibitors

What are the things you need to think of when exhibiting at an event? If it's the first time you are exhibiting, or if you don't have a lot of experience with it yet, it seems like you have to think of a thousand things at the same time. To help you in the right direction we have compiled a list of top tips for you. So that you and your team can prepare effectively for your upcoming event. We help you with a successful exhibition!

Thinking about your participation in an exhibition starts months before the actual exhibition takes place. The most important thing is that you are aware of your exhibiting objectives. Listed below are a few examples of objectives that can be related to exhibiting:

Before the exhibition starts, you have to make sure your crew is prepared and your stand is checked. Make sure that everyone in the stand knows their tasks and responsibilities. Also discuss the dress code and the proper way they have to address the visitors.

Your stand has to be ready when the exhibition begins. Make sure all your equipment is working and the catering is taking care of. Also check the inventory: are all office and kitchen supplies present and do you have a sufficient amount of promotion material?

When the exhibition is finished, your work isn’t. In the weeks following the exhibition, you have to proceed with the follow up and evaluation. Need more information? Download our document Time frame at the bottom of this page.
