Meet the Insiders: Noah, Sales at Black Reindeer

14 November 2025

Spotlight on our Black Reindeer sales team! This time, we’re speaking with Noah, the driving force behind Black Reindeer’s sales. Curious how he found his way to Black Reindeer and what motivates him every day? Keep reading!

From Car Trading to Stand Building

Growing up with a father who ran a stand-building company meant The Inside was always close by for Noah. Still, his own path initially seemed to point in a completely different direction.
“I kind of grew up with it,” he says with a laugh. “The Inside was always somewhere in the picture, but my original dream was to become a car dealer and set up my own automotive businesses.”

That dream led him into the automotive world, where he completed his education. “I worked in the car industry for a while, but eventually I got a bit fed up with it. During my further studies, I started doing small jobs for The Inside now and then, lending a hand here, helping build something there. What started as a few small tasks suddenly turned into a full year of building stands full time in the field.”

From The Inside to Sales at Black Reindeer

“After that, I moved into planning, but I soon got the chance to gain experience in project management as well. It was a really valuable learning period,” he explains. After a phase full of new insights, Noah found his spot at Black Reindeer, the part of The Inside that focuses on modular and scalable stand systems. “Switching to sales felt right immediately. I’m now working full time and fully committed to growing and selling our systems.”

Together with the team, he’s building the future of Black Reindeer. “We’re creating a scalable model for the coming years and making real progress. It’s amazing to be part of such a growing, ambitious group.”

Compact, Modular & Efficient

What Noah loves about Black Reindeer is the compact team. “We essentially do the same as The Inside, but on a smaller scale and fully focused on modular and scalable stands. When a client at The Inside needs a modular system, they’re referred to us, and the same happens the other way around. Together, we cover the entire spectrum.”

He emphasizes the importance of the team: “It’s small, but everyone is essential. Everyone has their own role, yet we manage to deliver something great every time, even with challenging projects. That’s what makes working here so special: despite our size, we achieve big things.”

Challenges & Highlights

The biggest challenge, according to Noah? “Finding the right system that truly fits the client’s goals and needs. Sometimes it takes a bit of puzzling, but that’s also what makes it fun. You start a conversation thinking, ‘This might be tricky,’ and when you eventually deliver something everyone is proud of, it’s an amazing feeling.”

And the highlights? Plenty. “I’ve worked in so many incredible places: Tokyo, Las Vegas, Budapest, Athens, Stockholm… Too many to list. Sure, they’re long days and short nights, but we always look back on those trade shows with big smiles. The atmosphere, the colleagues, the satisfied clients, that’s what makes it worth it.”

“Offline remains unbeatable”

For Noah, it’s inspiring to see how strong physical trade shows still are. “Everyone thought virtual would take over, but real personal contact, that genuine handshake, remains priceless. And the fact that we get to play a role in that at The Inside and Black Reindeer makes it even more special.”

Teamwork Above All

“I can’t do it alone,” he says honestly. “The team is everything. I’ve even become friends with colleagues through certain projects. It’s funny, people outside our field often don’t really understand what stand building is, but within the team we understand each other completely. That creates a strong bond.”

He draws inspiration daily from the people around him. “There are people in every department that I learn from. Sometimes someone new joins with a burst of energy and motivation, it’s contagious. That really gives me energy.”

Noah’s Tip

“If you don’t know something, ask for help,” he concludes. “You don’t have to do it alone. Here at The Inside and Black Reindeer, there’s so much knowledge around, and there’s always someone ready to think with you or help you find the right solution.”
